Dr Megan Davidson was born and bred in Cape Town. She completed a Bachelor of Science at UCT, followed by an Honours degree in Human Anatomy at the University of the Witwatersrand, before going on to complete medical school at Wits.
She then completed two years of internship at Helen Joseph Hospital and one year of community service at a rural district hospital in Porterville, Western Cape. Over the past few years, she has worked in the Kingsbury Emergency Unit and completed her Diploma in Primary Emergency Care (DipPEC).
Megan has a special interest in emergency medicine, acute care, holistic health, and aesthetic medicine. She is passionate about delivering high-quality healthcare through both skilled clinical practice and compassionate patient consultations.
Her approach to medicine centres on approachable, patient-focused care, with a strong emphasis on education and empowerment. She believes patients should feel informed, understood, and actively involved in their own healthcare journey. By helping patients better understand their anatomy, physiology, and overall health, Megan aims to support confident decision-making and long-term wellbeing.
